in your Home folder
go to Library > Preferences.
Find com.apple.driver.AppleHIMouse.plist
drag it to the desktop
close the windows and reboot.
Reconfigure the trackpad

Working?

If still no, beg or borrow a two button mouse from someone. Plug it in.
Does the right click work?

Try this: Boot off the install DVD that came with the system. You don't need to actually reinstall the OS, just see if the right click works with a known good OS.

If it does, you have some kind of software issue. If it doesn't, then the USB control chip on your logic board is likely defective and I hope you still have some kind of warranty.
