utility to upload files (continuation of uploading process)

Hello
I am looking for some utility to transfer huge files.
I've seen megaupload but the problem is that megamanager does not let me continue the uploading process in the same state where I left it in case my internet connection got lost at some point.

Does anyone have any idea?
