crashed laptop

Seeking advice after laptop completely died. The Itouch still has all purchased and copied music from my cd collection. There are also a lot of photo files. When I get a replacement laptop, can I simply sync up to it and have all the library on the ipod go into the new laptop? Do I have to deauthorize the dead computer and if so, has does one go about that. I do have an itunes account that allows for downloading onto 2 computers but of course now, only have one. Any help is appreciated
