I have a Creative ZIIO why can't I use flash player.

I have a ZIIO and I can't use flash player why? I did update my firmware virsion. PLease explain to me why I can't watch videos and movies. It makes me mad.

I do see it runs some version of Android. As there are many versions, some later units play flash files some need us to re-encode the content.
