Cisco PIX 501 and Outlook Sending (or rather not sending)

I have PIX 501 as a firewall for my home that I installed almost 2 years ago. It has run without a problem until a couple of weeks ago when it decided to not send email via Outlook. I had not made any changes to my computer or the PIX when this happened. If I bypass the PIX, Outlook has no problems sending mail.

I tried to list the config file, but the system would not take it - I am using dhcp to get the outside IP address - which brings up another question - how do I get the PIX501 config file to pick up the dhcp address for the line access-list outside_access_in permit ip host 216.210.70.255 any
I manually added the ip address.
